The RBC Wealth Management Generalist Program
The RBC Wealth Management Generalist Program is a position
offered to a small number of undergraduate and graduate students who have
outstanding leadership,
problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a demonstrated
record of success in academics and a diverse range of
extracurricular activities. These individuals should also
possess a strong interest in financial markets and individual
investing. Further, given the international nature of
the enterprise, fluency in a second language is an asset.
Other desirable assets include: creativity, flexibility,
and a sense of humour.
