The RBC Wealth Management Generalist Program
To Apply:
Applications are only accepted online until September 18, 2008.
Students at schools where RBC Wealth Management is recruiting
on campus should adhere to the resume deadline communicated
at their particular school.
To apply online:
- Return to the RBC Careers website
- Click on the "Search for Jobs" link that is on the top right hand side of the page
- Search by Position ID 95216 to access the posting for the RBC Wealth Management Generalist Program
- Follow the instructions and submit your cover letter, resume, and academic transcripts.
The Interview Process:
First Round Interviews:
In late September and early October first round interviews will be held on campus at the schools where we hold
info sessions. If you are not currently a student, interviews will be conducted at our offices in Toronto.
Final Round Interviews:
On October 10, 2008, we will invite a select group of individuals to Toronto to participate in our Final
Round Friday interview session. On that day, candidates will undergo approximately five 30 minute interviews with a
cross section of individuals representing various business units within RBC Wealth Management. To best prepare for
the interview process, we suggest candidates review the RBC website for general information on the RBC Wealth
Management businesses. Most importantly, relax and be yourself.
