Below is a timeline for the 2004 competition’s key dates:
- July 12th, 2004
All 15 semi-finalists will be contacted
- September to November 2004
The three regional finalists will be chosen from the 15 semi-finalists. Finalists will be announced at the regional events.
- Late November 2004
The national winner and two honourable mentions will be chosen and announced at the Toronto event.
- December 2004
The national winner and honourable mentions will be featured in the Winter issue of Canadian Art magazine and on the Web at both www.canadianart.ca and www.rbcinvestments.com/paintingcompetition.
